SMSBlast is a pay as you go SMS messaging platform for businesses. There are no monthly subscriptions, no contracts, and no hidden fees for messaging. You top up a prepaid balance and pay per message.

## Billing policies

- No monthly subscriptions, no contracts, no hidden fees. The only recurring charges are $5.00 per phone number per month and the optional $79 per month AI agent.
- Prepaid balance never expires. Credit you top up stays available for as long as you have your account.
- Flat rates at any volume: no volume discounts or tiers. SMS is from $0.015 per message segment whether you send 100 or 100,000 messages.
- Messages are billed once submitted to the carrier, whether or not they are delivered.
- Purchased credit is non-refundable (but never expires).
- There is no charge for uploading contacts. Contact import is unlimited and free.
