1. Agreement to the Terms

By using Twilio’s services, users agree to follow their rules, policies, and all applicable laws. Using the platform means you accept the terms.

  1. Account Responsibilities
  • Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility.
  1. Use of Services
  • Services must be used legally and ethically.
  • No sending spam, fraudulent messages, or illegal content.
  • Twilio may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse services.
  1. Data & Privacy
  • Twilio processes customer data according to its Privacy Policy.
  • Users are responsible for obtaining necessary consents when sending messages to end users.
  • Some data may be stored or processed internationally.
  1. Fees & Payment
  • Users must pay for service usage according to pricing.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspended or terminated access.
  • Taxes may apply depending on location.
  1. Service Availability
  • Twilio aims for high uptime but doesn’t guarantee zero downtime.
  • Some interruptions may occur during maintenance or outages.
  1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
  • Twilio owns all technology, trademarks, and platform code.
  • Users only get a limited license to use the services — not ownership.
  1. Customer Conduct

Users may not:

  • Send unsolicited messages (spam)
  • Use the platform for harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform
  1. Compliance

Users must follow:

  • Communication laws (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • Local country message regulations
  • Carrier rules and anti-spam rules
  1. Termination

Twilio may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payment is not made
  • Required legal compliance is not met

Users can also cancel accounts but are responsible for paying any outstanding fees.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Twilio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user during a certain period.
  1. Indemnification

Users must defend and reimburse Twilio if legal claims arise from misuse of the service.

  1. Changes to Terms

Twilio may update the TOS, and users must comply with the latest version.

  1. Governing Law
  • Usually governed by U.S. law in AZ
  • Disputes are subject to arbitration or specified courts.

 

SMS MMS & Campaigns

Opt-In:
Once registered you will receive an SMS to accept receiving occasional SMS notifications

Message Frequency:
You may receive occasional SMS messages from us. Message frequency may vary but will be kept to a minimum.

Opt-Out:
To stop receiving SMS messages from us, reply with “STOP” at any time. You can also turn off the setting by going to your Profile Settings and moving the slider to turn off SMS notifications.

Data Usage:
We will only use the information collected during the SMS opt-in process for sending you SMS messages and will not share your personal information with third parties.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
